GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
A global leader in aerospace and transport had recruited several high-potential graduates into various functions across their business. The company contracted hpc (formerly Mast Ireland) to introduce a range of core skills that added value to their in-house graduate development programme.
Our solution was a four-module contribution with a launch event integrated into the company’s in-house entry-level graduate programme. The one-day and two-day modules covered: communication skills; personal effectiveness; project management; and professional impact. The modules ran over a year and included personality profiling, working in ‘buddy groups’ as well as working with mentors. The programme was line-manager supported and concluded with a graduation. Among the benefits for participants were:
