HOW WE HELPED NORTHERN IRELAND ELECTRICITY

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIEN) identified the need for their managers to develop best practice people management skills that were in line with their HR strategy. The emphasis was on developing a high-performance culture where performance was proactively managed and employee engagement skills were developed.

hpc designed and delivered a six-day modular programme that was run over four months. Working with NIEN’s HR personnel, we held a one-day launch event and modules on self-management, leadership and coaching. The modules were interspersed with peer-to-peer group meetings, one-to-one coaching and mentoring. The programme concluded with a final implementation planning day.
