Background and experience

Before joining hpc in 2018, Chris’ experience included HR and senior operations roles within the manufacturing, financial and legal sectors - both in the creation of new HR functions and the execution of leading HR and L&D roles.

He has also served as an Executive and Operations Board member, engaging strategic decision-making for many critical projects and organisational development.

Qualifications

A postgraduate of the University of Warwick Business School with a master’s degree in Industrial Relations; honours graduate of the University of Bath; qualified coach, NLP practitioner; BPS certified in psychometric profiling, a member of the CIPD and an associate member of the Association for Coaching.
