Facilitator, Leadership and Management Development, Specialist in Talent Management and Change Lead

Background and experience

Prior to joining hpc, Yvonne’s career spanned a variety of roles including Talent and Performance Manager, Leadership & Development Manager and Head of People and Organisational Ability.

Yvonne's experience lies in the areas of Talent Development, Performance Management, and Leadership and Management Development. Yvonne has facilitated management and employee development programmes across MNCs, the public and private sectors and also worked as Change manager in a diversity of organisational settings.

Yvonne also designs and delivers presentation skills courses and conducts 1:1 coaching in presentation delivery, and she her book Impactful Presentations, Best Practice Skills, was published in 2008.

Qualifications

MSc in Human Resource Management and Training, Diplomas in Employment Law, Executive, Business and Personal Coaching and Airport Operations Management.
