Coaching is concerned with developing individual performance for the achievement of organisational goals. It is unquestionably one of the most powerful professional development tools used in the workplace, today.
We offer 1:1 coaching as part of our leadership management development programmes. We also offer coaching skills for managers, for clients interested in embedding coaching as a management style. We work at a senior level directly with executives and senior managers. Finally we offer coaching skills courses for internal coaches.
Programme durations vary for one day introductory course for managers to a five day modular course for internal coaches, to 1:1 coaching assignments which may involve four to six sessions undertaken over a number of months.
Executive coaching themes may include Supporting New Executives in the First 100 Days; Developing a Flexible Leadership Style; Succession Planning; Decision Making; Resilience / Time Management or Career Management.
hpc has established an experienced panel of coaches which comprises former directors of large corporates from a range of sectors. This gives them the level of insight needed to understand the challenges faced by our clients. All are qualified and accredited through either the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) or the Association for Coaching (AC).
